The worship includes a blend of contemporary and traditional hymns and songs led by a music group and / or organ with words projected on a screen, prayers – mostly led from the front, readings from the Bible, and teaching.

We start with everyone together then there are groups for under 11s (11-18s meet on Sunday afternoons at 4.00). There is an attended crèche for under 3s but if your baby is very young and you would prefer to stay in the service, there is a carpeted area with toys at the back of the church where you are welcome to sit if they need a bit more attention than you can give in your seat.

Since lockdown, we no longer take up an offering during the service as most people who are regular now give financially by standing order as part of their own discipleship and commitment to the fellowship.

There is no compulsion to contribute as a visitor but, there is a box at the back where people can place offerings if they wish. We give thanks for all our offerings during the service.

There is no regular evening service. But on the second Sunday of the month we hold a simple traditional style service at 3.00 with organ-led hymns and refreshments afterwards.

Why 3.00? It is mainly an older congregation and after consultation, some do not like to drive home in the dark in the winter. A 3.00 service is a good time for them and also those who have to fit round extra care.

We also hold occasional evening meetings such as Christian Mindfulness, discussion evenings and particular topics. The events page will have details of anything we are currently running.
